Terms & Conditions
Welcome to GG Car Cleaning – the Shire’s #1 car cleaning service, run by two teens who care about your car as much as you do. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Section 1- Booking & Payments

Appointments can be made via our website, social media, or direct message.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash and bank transfer.
Section 2- Cancellations & Reschedulling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a $20 fee.​
Section 3- Vehicle condition

We inspect every vehicle before starting work. We’ll note any visible damage or issues before we begin.

We are not responsible for any existing damage, wear and tear, or defects (e.g. weak paint, rust, loose trims)

Please remove all personal items from your car. GG Car Cleaning is not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Section 4- scope of work

Each service has a clear list of inclusions on our website. If it’s not listed, it’s not included – but feel free to ask us to quote extras!

Services like pet hair removal, mold treatment, or heavy stain extraction are not included unless specifically discussed and priced separately.
Section 5- satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not happy with the result, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it (if it’s something we missed).

Refunds are offered only if we fail to provide the service agreed upon, and no reasonable solution can be found.
Section 6- liability

GG Car Cleaning is not liable for damage caused by poor paint condition, fragile trims, existing issues, or aftermarket modifications.

You are responsible for letting us know if your vehicle has leaks, weak paint, electric issues, or anything else that could affect the detailing process.
Section 7- weather & safety

We work in most conditions, but in weather such as rain, lightning, etc. We may need to reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to decline a job if the location is unsafe or inaccessible (e.g., busy road, no safe parking, no water or power).
Section 8- photos & marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle to show our results.
​

These photos may be used for social media, our website, or other promotions. If you’d prefer we don’t use images of your vehicle, just let us know – no stress!
Section 9- mobile service access

Please ensure we have access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

We require access to power and water for some services – we’ll confirm this when you book.
Section 10- privacy

Your contact details are only used for booking and customer communication.

We won’t share your info with anyone. Ever.
